She’ll more than earn her keep. And the customers will fall in love with her.

The store may actually gain some customers whose kids will want to see the kitty.

If I ran that store, I’d start using her. Get some photos and run ads that feature her in some way. “Kitty says check out this week’s specials!” or “Our sale is the cat’s meow!” They could have some BIG fun with it!

GREAT gimmick possibilities! World-class! And if the hardware store sells a few pet supplies (like our local ones do), “Pet-Day Specials” might be utterly BOFFO! And if the local news gets wind of it, they’d get coverage, which would really “put ‘em on the map”!
