I just made brownies today (Ghirardelli, from Costco) and I used 1/2 Coconut Oil for the oil portion [View all]

Just tried one, and ... YUMMMM!!!

I don't care for raw coconut, but this just added a very subtle hint of coconut to the end result. Perfect!
