2. I love it when I catch a glimpse of one, usually flying off the shore to a tree to rest.

They are so beautiful! I used to work at a riverfront place and there were lots of egrets, ospreys and dolphins and occasionally a blue heron. I loved it when they made an appearance and hung around for awhile, they are so majestic.
