Why would someone have their house blurred on Google maps? [View all]

We've had a few sales on this block I've lived on for 40 years. I am officially the old-timer on the block and I'm not really getting to know my new neighbors because I just don't get out much anymore. Thought I might get to know my immediate neighbors a bit more this summer with weed pulling and all that but it hasn't happened. South neighbors use landscapers and north neighbors seem to be letting their front yard dry up...it was lovely bunch of native grasses and flowers...

Anyway, the new neighbor two doors south has had their house blurred on Google. I tried googling the names, but that didn't help me any. Just feels like they're hiding something.
