... and make sorbet from fresh fruit. Scratch everything. Make Neopolitan pizza from scratch. Making lobster mac and cheese for Ms Marble Falls today. Haven't been able to get cheese making right yet. Some folks got the knack, but I don't.

Being retired, I am like the horses retired from turning grinding mills: they find a tree and walk around it over and over. I keep looking for the right tree.
