25. Try banana ice cream

Let the bananas get ripe, peel them, mash them, put into a container with a lid and freeze them. They have a texture like ice cream, and you can add toppings like fruit syrup, nuts, chocolate, whatever you like. Or eat it plain. I like this and one of my friends in Brazil said it is a popular and refreshing way to use bananas.

Or slice the banana and lay the slices on wax paper. Freeze them, and then dip them in chocolate or peanut butter, again, whatever you like. I haven't tried this, but it is one of my daughter's favorite snacks.
