I've heard a lot of discussion in church and amongst one another about the act of turning the other cheek betraying weakness.
I see the courage of so many of you every day, courage honed and chiseled by the very act of turning the other cheek. By defending our beliefs, by protecting others, in the face of immense opposition instead of cowering,.
Please accept my thanks for your examples of courage in your words and deeds. Thank you for showing us the way, the right way, the courageous way.
Have the kind of a beautiful day that allows your courageous steps to be seen and celebrated by those who matter the most to you.
