I imagine sort of but I don't think it would be That crazy; say dashing all the time between NYC/NYS, Connecticut, NJ, and Pennsylvania (I'm imagining distances) w an occasional Delaware trip or so.
Bc same language, same money, at least one train system Amtrack.
