Is there someone else in the room with him? A silent and unseen "co-host" sitting at the same desk?

Aside for his whiny voice -- his style is definitely distracting. It's certainly a bizarre and definitely unusual way for any political analyst or host to act during a single-camera presentation -- with no other members of any sort of panel.

Ugh.
