Donald Trump continues to threaten, harass and intimidate witnesses and poison all future jury pools. In a new court filing, Special Counsel Jack Smith uses direct, unvarnished language, highlighting Trump's dangerous behavior and calling out Trump's lawyers for citing "inapplicable caselaw" and making "false claims." Smith also tells Judge Tanya Chutkan that Trump is using his "candidacy as cover for making prejudicial public statements about this case."
