He is so good at explaining all kinds of complicated technical tactics, equipment, strategies in very simple terms.
And very down to earth and can address the human end of things too.

He doesn't seem like a military general to me at all.
Like some next door Lt Colonel type, smart as hell, knows so much.
But you can go over and have a great cook out in his backyard.
