2. So let me get this straight. The Repugs are calling in experts to tell them if the bullets fired

in the murder came from the defendant's gun but they don't have the gun or the bullets and to prove how the person died but they don't have a body.

Next, they file the murder charges against the defendant.

Lastly, they call in the police to see if, in fact, there had been a crime and someone actually died.

Did I get that right?
