So he's trying anything he can think of to shift any blame he can on the sitting president, the ridiculous "impeachment" hearings, totally TFG's idea - and the government shutdown, he called for that, too. And rather than doing what's right for the American people, the Republicans in the House are following the orders of a constituent of one.
