Meiselas makes is that Justin Clark's attorney just ruined his client's case on appeal, and with him, Trump's. In the courtroom, that "oh shit" moment uttered by Sedow, Trump lawyer, reveals that.

This is a turning point in Trump's path away from jail or pardon. He knows he's going to jail because he's seen most of the discovery evidence of the other indictments by now, even if not yet with the GA case.
