as soon as the doj impaneled a grand jury that got prosecutor's selected "evidence," they'd shut it down.

If a grand jury were found that would recommend indictment, his Elias would be represented by the world's most feared law firm, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, or the other three of the "Fearsome Four" -- Kirkland & Ellis, Skadden, and Gibson Dunn. Not to mention how the Elias Group's attorneys could work with their counsel and get the whole thing dismissed with prejudice.

This ain't goin' anywhere.
