Chump refuses to listen to anyone who insists on telling him the truth. That's why most of them get fired, sooner or later.

Chump also suspects his employees of leaking gossipy stories to the press, regardless of the fact that he himself will occasionally leak stuff. It's OK when he does it, but not anyone else.
