It opens with arguing that entrepreneurs want fascism, then the article points out all the reasons that fascism is bad for innovators. All those people working 80 hours a week for years for virtually compensation, with the hope that someday their idea will turn into something, have figured out for the most part that they need Rule of Law and property rights or they are wasting their time.

The Brain Drain is VERY VERY VERY real, and should be written about more. A lot of entrepreneurs are simply not going to take the risk of "tails you win, heads I lose" capitalism that exists in places like Russia and China, where anyone creating anything of value will wake up one day and find they have new partners, or else. Once this exodus speeds up, there is no reversing it.
