2. I use the term "pseudo-Christian" in referencing groups like this.

They use language and have some characteristics of traditional Christian practice, but their doctrine and theology is way off track and leads to much more of a gathering pot for money and the free labor of constituents for the benefit of the organization than it is any kind of genuine Christian experience.

The fact that there were multiple graduates, former students and former leaders of this institution present on January 6th is an indication that its theology does lend itself to the kind of right wing radicalization that is found in the New Apostolic Reformation movement, which is a cover for white supremacist neo-nazis.
