6. tRump MUST argue that staffing is at normal levels in order to argue for privatizing the FAA

If he were to admit that FAA staffing was lower than it should be the obvious answer would be to add staff and get them trained as quickly as possible. If he pretends staffing levels are where they belong he can argue that a privatized air traffic control system would do a better job.

Of course anyone with a functioning brain will understand that in order to maximize profits a contractor will hire the bare minimum number of people, give them the bare minimum amount of training, and pay them as little as possible with the fewest benefits they can get away with. That's hardly a recipe for a safe air traffic system.
