Appears that (unconfirmed) @Spacex employees crossed the Rio Grande in amphibious atv & placed warning signs on Mexico's Bagdad Beach,persons were not in any official uniforms.Sign prohibits photos,mapping,drawings of any type and alludes to SecDef,not
