Texas governor and GOP lawmakers unilaterally made the change without consent, using race as a means to draw the map.

CA isn’t doing that, and will likely beat the lawsuit brought by the Trump Admin.

Of course, we have a corrupt SCOTUS, so this may all go south in favor of Trump.
