SUPPLY AND DEMAND.

If there is a demand for a product, someone will step up and supply the product.

If Americans did not demand fentanyl, marijuana, opioids, and the like, there would be no clandestine manufacturing and no smuggling.

For example, if Donald Trump Jr. would stop stuffing cocaine up his nose, I'll bet 1/3 of the cocaine traffickers would go out of business.
