Supplies from NATO to Ukraine are mostly flown into Poland, but how they get to Ukraine is probably a secret to all but foreign intel.
The report doesn't specify whether the explosion was on a freight line (there are four Polish freight lines at the Poland/Ukraine border) or on a passenger line.
