I think that Gov. Moore is absolutely right. It needs to be studied. We're already gerrymandered in Western and Southern MD. If they had been able to get rid of Andy Harris on the Eastern Shore they would have back in 2021/22. It's a delicate balance.

Maybe the western 3 counties should join West Virginia? Then they can have their "freedom" to own guns and have coal barons as governors and Senators.
