We are supposed to take their word for it that this U.S. citizen was throwing rocks at them? I don't think its a crime to carry a hammer at a Home Depot. Maybe that's what he was there to buy.

Regardless, they kidnapped a one year old baby, probably because her daddy is hispanic. Charge them.
