Musk has pretty much trashed the brand and failed to deliver too many times. It is now a meme stock, trading about an order of magnitude or more above its actual value. California is now after it for fraud, and it lost a major lawsuit about a month ago to the tune of a quarter of a billion, and been found to have hidden evidence. This is opening up the flood gates for other liability suits. At some point, there will also be a class action suit by owners who paid for FSD and will never get it.
