None of them will [come forward voluntarily], but this is a good way to get the media to start thinking and talking about the vast scope of this operation.

People who are quick to poo-poo something like pressuring Andrew to come forward and testify need to step back and take a look at the bigger picture. Just because he'll say no right now doesn't mean it isn't good move strategy-wise.
