Whether you believe in an afterlife or not, you've got to admit he deserves the atheist / agnostic version, where entropy wins and what was Donnie the Dumb Ass ceases to exist for eternity. He's constantly trashed in the near future but no longer able to defend himself. Long term, he's gone, forgotten. A boring US history lesson for future generations. For a malignant narcissist, that's a worse fate than Hell could ever dish out. Only downside is he'll not have enough lingering consciousness to realize it.
