11. Has ICE actually stated they are illegal?

I'm fine with investigating them, that's what they do with every family and associate of terror suspects but I have yet to find any details about their status. We found out immediately that his visa expired on March 28th, did theirs? If their visa's haven't expired did they get revoked? If they didn't then how is ICE/DHS holding them?
