They are entitled to due process.

They are entitled to legal representation.

They are entitled to an immigration hearing.

We believe in the presumption of innocence, a cornerstone of our entire legal system.

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments guarantee fair trials and prevent individuals from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.

Immigrants in this country have rights regardless of their immigration status.

These rights include protection against discrimination, due process, and the right to remain silent. They are also entitled to certain rights under the U.S. Constitution, such as protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, and the right to be with family
