23. Durbin and Duckworth are my senators. I called his office before the recent "continuing resolution" vote.

Tammy Duckworth's website declared she would vote against it, but Durbin's did not specify so I called his office.

I got a recording, and left a message urging him to vote against it. He sided with Shumer, voting FOR the measure.

I know opinions here were divided, but there were unacceptable poison pills in that bill. Essentially powerless, Democrats had to make whatever stand they could against Congress allowing The Felon to impose tariffs at will and tear apart government agencies.

Other than that, I have no complaints against Dick Durbin. He's been a good Democratic senator. It will be interesting to see who succeeds him.
