are doing a piss-poor job of enriching themselves at the government trough. Fact.
Wealthy crooks, however, have mastered the roads to unlimited riches by researching the loopholes and weak links in governmental programs. It's always been that way, and unfortunately always will be.
Penny wise and pound foolish - the credo of the Trumpublicans.
