The Trump administration has lost approximately 60% of the court rulings against it since Inauguration Day and won 31%—while another 9% were mixed rulings both in favor and against the administration—based on a total of 191 rulings between Jan. 20 and July 8, with 59 in the government’s favor and 114 against it.
