has ALWAYS been second nature to Trump. Can you think of any other POTUS who has had insulting nicknames for all those whom he considers "enemies." To him, that's anyone who doesn't kiss up or fawn over him. It will take a long time to get over HIS sucking up to those sheiks recently. (Compare with his treatment of Zelensky).
