Donald Trump told a female reporter to be “quiet, piggy” after she asked about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein on board Air Force One.

The US president was travelling to Mar-a-Lago in Florida on Friday when Catherine Lucey, a Bloomberg reporter, asked why he did not want to release the remaining Epstein files.

Ms Lucey said: “If there’s nothing incriminating in the files, sir, why not act?”

Mr Trump singled her out, pointed in her face and told her: “Quiet, quiet piggy.”

Jacobs pointed out it was the Bloomberg reporter. It was not her.

In a tweet, CBS News’ White House reporter Jennifer Jacobs noted another recent faceoff that took place aboard Air Force One.

She wrote that Trump on Friday told a Bloomberg reporter, “Quiet, quiet, piggy” after the journalist asked “why, if there’s nothing incriminating in the files, he’s acting like there is,” in Jacobs’ words.
