Everyone who heard that comment should have rushed to the woman's defense and immediately castigated Trump for his offensive vulagirty and inappropriateness.

"How dare you attack a woman's physical appearance in an attempt to erode her dignity? How dare you--the president of the United States--talk to another person like you're a smirking, bullying, despicable 13-yr-old? Shame! Shame on you, sir! Apologize--right now."

And shame on all those bystanders who witnessed this transaction who did and said nothing.
