Comey prosecutors are really scrambling now. Just filed an emergency motion to block the magistrate judge's order that the GJ materials be disclosed.

In it they seem to suggest there wasn't two indictments! But Halligan told the court there was!!

Halligan accidentally filed BOTH indictments with the court initially. And then had to fix that.

Now they're claiming that the MJ got it wrong about there being two indictments at all!?!

In their mad effort to fix previous mistakes with the Comey indictment, they're making all new errors!

Also, btw, if the MJ has "misinterpreted some facts" that's entirely on the the government.

The MJ now has seen (according to the gov't) the full transcript. So how could he lack "the full context of the statements made by the prosecutor to the grand jury"? WHAT CONTEXT is not in the transcript?
