People will be eating less red meat. This would be a positive for people’s health and environmental health.

My husband and I just purchased two weeks of groceries at Aldi for $125. We live in Philly.

We stuck to healthy or healthier options: pork, chicken, tilapia, eggs, beans, brown rice, green veggies (fresh and frozen), same for fruit (apples, berries, bananas tomatoes) , potatoes, squash, sweet potatoes, oatmeal protein pancake mix, milk, butter, some low cal snacks like frozen fruit bars, pasta, a couple of large Greek yogurts.

The people who will end up hurt are the cattle farms when people start shopping for the products that give you the most bang for the buck.
