It has always made me laugh that so many mistakenly think it is Trump, a hyper-germophobe, getting a golden shower from some rando Russian brass.

It is along the lines (in terms of lack of discernment by millions) of 'covfefe', which was so obviously just a simple, boring typo of 'coverage'.
