... there is some thought that those files can't be released while the DoJ investigates Clinton (IF the DoJ decides to investigate). The reason why Trump and the files weren't released during Joe Biden's term was that Maxwell's trial was going on at the time.

And anything in between. We're going to have to bust down each door in it's turn.
