I've been to Las Vegas, and the traffic there isn't that bad compared to any major eastern city. The shooter had to be on drugs or something, to get so angry that he had to shoot someone who jumped ahead of him. Try driving in New York, Philly, Boston, or Washington DC, buddy ... but leave the gunz and ammo at home.
Lock him up!
