California apparently has no minimum with parental consent, surprised by that. Massachusetts it’s 14 with parental consent! Shame on you, blue states. 15 year olds with parental consent sent can still be married in Hawaii, Mississippi, Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma but as you noted, the laws have been changing recently.
