One of those deregulatory Neo-Liberal "The Market will correct itself" BS "economists" like Greenspan.
Always wanting to prove that Keynes was really wrong, and that the elite Moneymakers would be rational and would do the right thing for their operating environment instead of playing sandbox games for themselves.

They go to the parties, they now live in the mansions instead of a modest home like a normal person - they should know very few elite moneymakers are rational or would do the right thing unless forced by imminent ruin.
