9. they ignore fees going up. car fees went WAY up after tax cutting returds in wi. cops need money so more minor

shit. i was in denmark twice. the get what they pay taxes for. no sheriffs or speeding tickets. phones every mile for assistance. almost a month + i think i heard a medical 'siren'. no litter either. americans are so stupid.
