He'll do anything to block this. Invade Venezuela, invade Charlotte, anything to change the subject. Soon, it will get to the point where he may even off himself. That's almost always what kidsex offenders end up doing. The stigma dwarfs even "shooting someone on fifth avenue." Even trump's MAGA base wouldn't be able to "give him a mulligan" on that.
