Many years ago, my sister was learning about the Hopi and belonged to a group who studied their traditions and culture. She even was invited to attend a few days with this group and watched a ceremonial performance..not a sacred one..more like a friendship kinda thing as she was a big supporter. She used to relay to me what she learned and I often thought we could all use that wisdom passed down from the elders
