46. My guess (I'm not a doctor and I haven't played doctor since I was a kid)

..is if you were standing, talking and they let you go, you're on track to live awhile longer. I had a friend to took the test and they didn't let him go. They wheeled him into surgery right after that. 18 years later, he's still good!
