Cooked up by the same Israeli billionaires, ex-military and intelligence and ultra-nationalists - in consultation with two BCG consulting group executives since fired for helping develop this heinous piece of avarice and inhumanity - that brought to Gaza the Death Traps bizarrely called the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.

And who will pay for the initial costs - about 30% of the total? Why Palestinians, of course! The plan proposes to steal Gaza lands that are publicly owned and belong to all Palestinians to help finance the project. As if land appropriation/confiscation/theft of public lands is no big deal. Of course we know that in Israel it really isn't - it's a 77-year habit.

So Palestinians would be paying for their own expulsion, dispossession and ethnic cleansing under this evil-spawned plan. Even better, Israeli squatters known as "settlers" will get the benefit of the reconstruction and get new homes - using the proceeds from the sale of Palestinian lands.

Brilliant, right?
