(30,911 posts)54. I had to quit coloring my hair about 5yrs ago. I developed a very bad allergic
reaction to it. I wish I had known about the coal tar in black hair dye. I'm afraid to use any coloring again. Oh well I'm getting use to my brown hair, it's not so bad.

Men teach their own sons (by example) to ignore women over a certain age, excepting their own mothers (usually)...
