We have no way to know it is untrue and have reasonable suspicion to believe otherwise. And this was clearly parody and then it is almost anything is allowed as long as it can't be confused with reality. T47 would have a hard time litigating any of this. Now Government harassment of those two creators, that is another issue but I expect them to hold their own.
